Will & Jada Smith Create A Family Business Plan

May 18, 2010 - 1:00am - Jennifer Tardy
As I was perusing Oprah.com in search of more information pertaining to the interview with First Lady Laura Bush, I couldn’t help but to take a quick moment to peek at a video segment of an interview that Oprah conducted with Will and Jada Smith. I wasn’t going to watch it at first, but I couldn’t help myself! The title was The Smiths Talk about Their Marriage and Family Plan. I can honestly admit that I wasn’t as interested in this title (being that it was 10:30 p.m. and I was becoming rather sleepy) as I was in checking out the shoes that Jada was wearing during the couple’s interview. They were hot! But, I digress. I am glad that I clicked play.
So, as I watched the loving couple in action, I instantly noticed how both were speaking of their selves very spiritually.

Will You Ever Learn To Trust Me?

May 17, 2010 - 1:00am - Jennifer Tardy
Our world is going through such a shift in consciousness. It’s something astonishing whereby we are questioning the trustworthiness of strangers, our neighbors, co-workers, families, companions—and even ourselves. We are getting to the point where trusting is becoming so taboo, that we save it for only the most private of relationships—our partners, our best friends, our siblings and parents? This is self-defeating phenomenon.
Have you noticed in your current relationship that there is hint of distrust? I mean, you are doing all that you feel is possible to make him (her) believe that you are being honest, but nothing seems to be working. You’ve put all of this energy into getting them to trust you and you are still being accused of doing wrong. How ironic is that?

I’m Enjoying Your Company, but Are We Compatible?

May 12, 2010 - 1:00am - Jennifer Tardy
I’m reading a book called The Law of Attraction by Esther and Jerry Hicks this week. A very fascinating book with compelling concepts about the laws of the universe and how each of us is able to attract everything we could ever possibly want in life through giving [the object of our desire] our full attention. This is an amazing concept to me—very enlightening. As I am reading chapter by chapter, I can’t help but to ponder a compliment given early in the reading by a spiritual guide to Esther and Jerry as they were seeking guidance on the best way to meditate in order to stimulate vibration and bring their desires to them.

Words I Live By

“I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

To do what I’m supposed to do…

And learn what I’m supposed to learn,

In order to be who I’m supposed to be…

And in the end…what God has for me,

Will be precisely what it’s supposed to be…

Just for me.”
