Charlotte, NC – July 20, 2010- Healthy Relationship Activist, Author and Relationship Blogger, Jennifer Tardy, will be on tour from July 26 -August 1, 2010 to promote her debut book, His Ingredient Label: A Woman’s Guide to Recognizing a Junk Food Man. The tour, which will be held virtually, will make stops at a number of popular blogs, websites and other online destinations. Tardy will hold several giveaways and contests; she will also be available to answer burning relationship questions, respond to reader comments and ultimately promote healthy relationships—of all types.
In His Ingredient Label, Tardy shows readers how men are like foods to which one can become addicted if you don’t control yourself. The book helps readers to recognize how one's own decision-making can be the first step to a healthier relationship and demonstrates how to recognize the true character of a man by investigating what he is made of. This is the first volume in the Forever Tardy, but Never Late Collection.
