Team JTC, here. Today, we want to tell you a little story—our story.

Five years ago, Increase Diversity began with a simple but radical idea: what if we truly listened to everyone?
Not just employers. Not just job seekers. But everyone involved in building a more equitable world of work.

We set out to create a platform that served all sides—HR teams, hiring managers, recruiters, candidates—because real progress demands both good intentions and understanding every perspective at the table. Out of that commitment, the Increase Diversity Newsletter was born: a space for ideas, insights, and connections that has since grown into a thriving community of nearly 85,000 subscribers.

How We Served You

As the conversation around diversity and inclusion evolved, so did we. Our newsletter became our readers’ discussion forum.

Over the years, we expanded our impact far beyond stories and articles. We launched the Qualified Diversity Recruiter (QDR) certification, designed to equip recruiters, DEI professionals, and talent acquisition leaders with the tools and strategies to find, attract, engage, select, and retain top talent from historically underrepresented groups.

Recognizing that leadership is critical to lasting change, we introduced the (Accelerated) Qualified Inclusive Leader program, tailored specifically for hiring managers and leaders committed to increasing diversity and retention on their teams.

To support inclusive hiring practices even further, we created the Increase Diversity Toolbox—a comprehensive resource for anyone involved in the hiring process. And just recently we launched the Inner Circle Program, an exclusive community designed to empower aspiring job seekers as they navigate and grow their careers.

Through every one of these milestones, the Increase Diversity Newsletter has been the thread connecting it all—sharing updates, celebrating achievements, and growing alongside the incredible community that made this work possible.
